Adrian Gonzalez is hands down the best therapist I have ever worked with. He is understanding and kind, but will work with you as a therapist, not just a as a friend. He is extremely knowledgeable on mental health, and has helped me through personal anxiety disorders, as well as depression and PTSD. Highly recommend going to him if you want to work with someone who will help!

Only go here if you like incompetency. You go through the entire process for them to say they can’t help you but then they refer you to someone with the same level of education as the first person & the referral I got, that person doesn’t even have the skill set the counselor wanted. What a waste of time. Hopefully I get into see a social worker, they know what they’re doing.

Im a new patient, and i missed my second appointment. I messaged The Counselor and let him know why I missed the appointment. But when I called to schedule another appointment with him, I was told that he refuses to see me because of a policy that they have. Now I see why this place has a three star rating. If you are struggling with your mental health and you need someone to talk to for understanding and compassion. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Good luck getting an appointment! It took me over a month to get anything scheduled, due to MANY messages that went unanswered. No one will work with you upon your initial call, and you ALWAYS have to wait for a call back. (I should have quit trying after that.) Today was supposed to be my first appointment, but I never received a link for the telehealth meeting. I called yesterday, and prior to my appointment today, to ask about this, and I was told I needed to check my spam. I’d get the link. No email. 2 MORE calls and 17 ... read more
