Months ago, I found myself at another relationship crossroad. Working with Adam gave me new insights to my current situation, and more importantly, to my inner workings. Since accepting the challenge and risks to exploring my vulnerabilities, anxiety attacks have since dissipated, and feelings of trepidation experienced before engaging in difficult conversations have diminished.
