My experience was not good. The intake counselor was great. But she wasn't my assigned counselor. She just did the intake, but she was awesome. After that on my second visit the feeling and comfort changed. The second counselor was a terrible. I had a difficult time understanding what my counselor was saying. I asked her to repeat a few times and it got better. But she was distracted. She definitely was not focused on her client. She was searching through her drawers say uh huh, uh huh.
