When we had our first appt with Kelsey I was SO thrilled. She was so kind and caring. The second appt was fine. Since then it has been one cancellation after another, with today's less than an hour before we were to go in, and after my husband and I had rearranged work schedules and child care to get him there today. At this rate he hasn't seen her in a month - not a great cadence for therapy. We are done going and really disappointed by all the cancellations and rescheduling.

I have to agree with the last review. I Was calling for someone else who had been a client 3 years ago. I called to get rates and the details of the process for this person to be seen again and the girl who answered the phone was not friendly, or understandable, she didn’t answer my questions, and had 30 second pauses where I literally was like hello?, and when I asked to speak to someone else she said no one else was there.
