Good luck trying to get help here. The receptionist like to play games and hold personal vendettas if you're emotional or in distress. Power tripping and gate keeping appointments. Edited to add I went and read some other reviews glad to see I'm not the only one who said the front staff who book appointments are not friendly so it cant be seen as just me
Took a while to book with Dr. Noyes, he's nice. However, 3 stars due to the front desk worker and other staff members that weren't the nicest. Will NOT go out of their way to help you in the slightest (even if you ask nicely). They will do it on their OWN time, and no consideration for the patients.
Staff always goes above and beyond to help or answer questions. We have been with them for a few years. My son started and then I did almost 2 years ago. They have been wonderful and very helpful. Amazing people ❤️
Great people, small practice. I appreciate the friendliness and warmth when in this office.
