Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience working with Counseling Centers of Michigan. As I was preparing for my first intake session, I received a phone call twenty minutes prior telling me that the slot had been double booked, and I needed to reschedule. On the date of that rescheduled intake, Christian was twelve minutes late to the session and informed me that there was a scheduling confusion and he did not know he had a session.
