Trying not to put too many details online. I recently changed facilities and went to another. Well, this other place, let's just put it this way, caused a lot of problems. Problems that didn't have to happen. I was completely stable until I left and went to this other facility. I don't want to name them, but I thought and my reasoning to change facilities ( I was only gonna go temporarily) because I thought the new place was bigger and possibly better. Boy was I wrong! Do not go to this clinic. Paty is the worse receptionist always rude like she has a miserable life. They NEVER answer the phones. The PA Hdz was No HELP when I needed it the most for my foster child. I was told he was with patients I walked to the back and there was no one in his office. So, they straight up LIE to people. Now I have to go one last time to get refills. Since the new clinic we’ll be going to the appointment is pretty far out. Sadly, I have to deal with this place just a little longer.
My brothers used to go here and all staff was super helpful in Harlingen.
