After starting a real DBT program I realized CCG sucks and is just trying to take your money (they are a for profit organization). They increase their prices $15 every year so imagine how expensive it is, even with sliding scale. Also, the clinicians themselves are leaving reviews on here which is extremely unethical and skewing the ratings.
As a dietitian in the field of eating disorders, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Shelby Willoughby on past clients and I cannot recommend her enough! With her natural care and compassion combined with years of experience and knowledge, Shelby creates an extremely supportive environment for her clients. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a client to Shelby or to another clinician at the Counseling Center Group!

The therapists and staff at CCG are so kind, thoughtful, and supportive. It is easy to get booked for sessions or consultation calls, and their evidence-based approach to treatment with a focus on DBT skills is so impactful. The staff is really helpful in navigating out-of-network benefits and I cannot recommend CCG enough!
I cannot recommend Brooke enough! She is an incredible therapist who truly cares about her clients. Brooke has a warm and compassionate approach, making it easy to open up and explore challenging topics.
