The receptionist who answered the phone and makes the appointments for people is very unprofessional and rude. When I tried explaining to her what I needed from my court order she wouldn’t let t let me talk and kept cutting me off. I asked to speak to someone else and she wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give me her name and then I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said her supervisor was out of the office and she hung up on me. Incredibly unapologetic, unprofessional and rude. If youre looking for a place that cares about you, this isnt the place. They'll tell you they scheduled you an appointment, only to gaslight you and say you did no such thing when you arrive. The front desk receptionist is rude and unhelpful and Goodluck actually getting through intake. I begged and pleaded for help, I'm a step away from just giving up, and they can't even return my phone call. This business deserves nothing, much less your money. Go elsewhere.
Made a call for help, lady said she would put me through to another person..that was several days ago. Sorry to have bothered you.. Just needed help for the nights in freezing weather. I just had hoped for a response. I'm elderly, disabled and sick. Have a blessed day.
The counselor I saw was not reliable. Many appointments were cancelled. Also had concerns about EMDR procedure not being carried out correctly.
