Horrible. God forbid anyone kills themselves because they are waiting to actually make an appointment.
They are awesome.
I had a traumatizing experience happen in my life and was referred to Covenant Counseling Center a few years ago. This place has changed my life for the better. The counselors are amazing and truly care for your well-being. The facility is always clean, quiet and relaxing- making you feel safe once you're there. They help low income families and individuals be seen so no one will go without help because of lack of funds. They are truly amazing. I wish more places were run like this.
