I was excited to find a Christian based center that offered counseling for my child with me in the room. At our first meeting I asked if we could start an end with prayer, but that never happened. I let it go. At our third session I asked the counselor for ways I can support my son that would be in line with the counseling that he was being provided. I have been a long time patient of Counseling Care. It is with deep sadness that I am rewriting my review and down grading my review to a 1 star rating. Dr. Lucus Bachmann is deceptive, has zero respect for HIPPA laws, and everyone needs to question his medical practice. Dr. Bachmann made a major medication switch on my wife without medical data from a release of information. He also did not meet my wife and evaluate her prior to making a major medication switch. The clinicians are fantastic!
This is one of the best decisions my wife and I chose to make. The building is beautiful and welcoming and our counselor is even better. It was hard finding a counselor of faith but when we found this place, we haven’t looked back! I haven’t had to opportunity to talk to any other counselors but I can tell that they are all wonderful! All in all I would give this location 5/5 stars. If I could give more then I would.
