Met with David Zane weekly for a month to treat my OCD. Zane was professional, respectful and listened to me at all times, helping craft a plan and give me tools for success. In just one month my life has completely turned around and I've gone on the offensive with my OCD. It doesn't control me anymore. In fact, it's mainly an afterthought. I’ve been meeting with David Zane for about 8 months now, he’s one of the best therapists out there. Truly has the best listening skills, super kind, and helpful. I love that he is also super honest and gives me great advice when I ask for it.
I’ve been meeting with David Zane for a little over a month now and it’s been great! I can tell he has a passion for what he does. What I’ve enjoyed the most is that he makes sure you leave with homework to get done before the next visit to help you progress in whatever you’re struggling with.
