A joke from an administrative aspect. Late billing to insurance, by MONTHS. No notice to clients of balances or that they are out of network for the client's insurance. Expected an astronomical payment amount over a year later. Zero desire to work with a client on the balance. Isn't this place supposed to improve mental health not make it worse by adding giant surprise bills? Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy. Met with David Zane weekly for a month to treat my OCD. Zane was professional, respectful and listened to me at all times, helping craft a plan and give me tools for success. In just one month my life has completely turned around and I've gone on the offensive with my OCD. It doesn't control me anymore. In fact, it's mainly an afterthought.
