You walk right in and they don’t even speak to you!! Don’t even make our contact. Maybe they just don’t like”our kind”
My fiancé and I met with Chelsie and her ability to explain the connection between mind and body is a game changer. Understanding how our body’s tense up and his to alleviate some of that reaction has helped change how we communicate when things are hard. If you have the opportunity to see her, I very much recommend.
Saw Chelsea twice and will not go back. Was expecting to get feedback but not the aggressive approach she has. Having depression and anxiety, this was not a good experience.
Edit: I’m trying to get in a group to help me with life skills, and you let people in based on vibes? Seriously? guess I’m “not a good fit” then. Been trying to get into a group here, but no one answers the phone! They call back when I’m working and can’t answer and when I finally get the time to call, nothing. I couldn’t even get info on how much the workshop was. If you can’t sign up online, maybe have someone answer the phone!!
