You expect people in this profession to be professionals and act professionally. Boy, was I wrong in my expectation. Had an appointment with Dr. Drago and waited for 2 months to get in. The appointment was rescheduled. Then, more waiting. Still, we were very hopeful waiting for this appointment, and the night before I got a message that the appointment was cancelled because she didn't feel like meeting with or giving therapy to my child, who has severe ADHD and trauma, and we were referred elsewhere. Monica Drago was extremely rude and nasty toward my partner during their visit. We will not be going back.
Dr. Garrick Drago was a lifesaver. I struggled for so long to find somebody who would help diagnose me and just talk to me like a human and not a problematic person. She was very kind and patient and helped me through this process for myself and my schooling. I highly recommend her if you need help with anything ADHD related, she understands it very well and it’s a close to home subject so she is very relatable in that sense too. The company themselves have been helpful as well and a very good environment. 10/10 :)
Woman at the front desk was so nasty to me. Made me feel like I was an annoyance, horrible attitude.
Dr. Drago has been wonderful with my teenage son. Her approach to medication, awareness of self and coping mechanisms has helped to instill changes that he will carry with him as he becomes an adult. She’s kind but firm - which is exactly what he needs in order to thrive. She expects patients to participate in their own care and the drive to feel better. Overall, I highly recommend her for teens needing help.
