They made me pay cash out of pocket even though they accept my insurance and said it was because the insurance company paid their claims slowly, and that I’d be reimbursed once they did. Well , it’s now September and they were paid in full by my insurance in May for services received in March, and I’m still trying to get this “reimbursement”. They won’t take my calls, answer my emails or send the check they had said they would. I would avoid paying them in cash so they can’t do the same to another person

Very disappointed. They were aware that I believed in harm reduction and keeping on lowest dose possible. They even joked about how I came and went. It was clear from the counselors that this was not an issue until it was. I was denied readmittance despite having a low dose, not being late financially, using other drugs, and not missing doses other than when I decided to try alternative methods. Doctor Jason is the rudest Doctor I have ever met. I have never been treated the way he did me. Heaven forbid he admit he used the word for awhile. He’s a smart ass that enjoys trying to intimidate people. For the record I did it by the book very good to all the staff. But that so called Dr. Jason is just a bully . He’s rude arrogant wrong for talking like he did. Go in there for help and get treated like I did! Shame on you.

Please be aware, this place will discriminate. Use this if you need, it was hidden behind other papers. For nothing other than having a hard time getting there before work [which is no longer an issue], I was dropped without prior notice [they claimed I was], as my absences were excused absences because I called to communicate as necessary. And now that I have plenty of time to get there, they deny me treatment. One would think they would actually been working with me or trying to get me to come back if they really wanted to... read more
