Larry helped save our marriage. Our sessions made really important and lasting breakthroughs for us. My wife and I had been to counseling a couple times before over the years. Probably typical stuff. Got better for a bit. But because we'd never gotten to some root issues, problems later resurfaced and had gotten more serious. Larry was great to work with and helped us finally get to and resolve our issues. I should have written this review years ago. We've now been married >35 yrs and a great team. Thank you Larry!!

There is an expression I've always been fond of that says "when the student is ready, the teacher will appear." Larry got me through some very difficult times in my relationship. He had a real gift for listening to and understanding my situation, then helping me see how to best move forward. He manages to give support and guidance without "solving it for me". Highly recommended.

I came to Larry at a very low point in my life. Larry is very warm and down-to-earth, very “real,” super-caring and incredibly easy to talk to. But he is so knowledgeable. He has an encyclopedic understanding of people and their problems, he “gets it” so fast. I understand myself so much better, and I feel so much better now. I feel a hundred times more capable of dealing with my life.

Larry helped my husband so much. H was so depressed and unhappy and he refused for years to go to therapy. Finally I got him to go to someone, he went for one session, hated it and said it was a waste of time. Somehow I managed to convince him to try again with Larry. He came home looking almost happy! He kept going. I don't know what they talked about, but he's calmer, happier, not irritable anymore (well, not much ;-) ), back to his old self. And listens to my feelings much better too.
