Gary is a very caring person and I was able to work through some of my stuff, but Brainspotting worked better for my trauma.

Some amazing counselors, so kind and intentional about what you need and walking with you towards you goals. Everyone is amazing from calling to set up your appointment, to passing someone in the hall!
If you're needing a CSAT... I wouldn't come here. The people are very likable and they're easy to talk to, however our process of disclosure was a nightmare. No respect for time deadlines with months of advance notice and we were left with more questions than answers. Had it not been for other help we stumbled upon - my marriage very well could have ended after this experience.
