Worst experience by far, Couldn't get his adjustments right. Charged more than he should in closing costs and justified it with Ministry of finance charging hidden fees? Unprofessional conduct. Also, his license was suspended for 12 months and $15,000 penalty, which I found out after the fact. Deal with him at your own risk.
