I was told my frames could not be repaired and I would have to pay the full price for new frames after only one month. It was my fault I fell and broke my glasses. I went to Walmart they repaired them. They were good as new and Walmart charged me nothing!

After having some awful experiences elsewhere, I am THRILLED to have found a Dr who is not only thorough, but also is extremely pleasant, easy to talk to and just genuinely seems like a great guy. My girls had their first appointments today and it couldn't have gone better. I mean, they both need glasses so I guess it *could* have went better. Haha. But, I absolutely highly recommend Batavia Council Opticians to anyone!
Love this place have been going here since I was 9!
Been coming here for over 22 years. Today is my last day. Never in my life have I seen such an establishment that should hold professional standards look so bad. Glad I wasted my time driving there for your screw up.
They are awesome!! Right now they are fixing my Mom's glasses that were broken by accident at the nursing home. At 91 yrs she needs her glasses! Customer service is wonderful!!
