How about when Social Services refuses to help your parent that is barely able to walk and care for himself? They were delivering him food, and helping him clean his house 3 times a week, but now they refuse to do their job anymore. There is no excuse to refuse service to a man who has dementia and can barely hold himself on two feet. Isn't there a law preventing this somewhere?
