BBB told me they will refer me some roofing clients if i subscribe my business with them. In 2 years they referred me only seven clients and 2 of them were scammers that i almost lost money. BBB should had vetted them, this is why I canceled my subscription with them.
I want to personally thank Brandon Gooding and the BBB for going above and beyond. When I first started the process of joining the BBB, I remember thinking, “Wow, this is a lot of documentation and requirements.” Looking back now, I’m extremely grateful I went through the process because situations like this prove exactly why the BBB matters.
