I have had dealings with almost all Sod Companies Throughout Hillsborough county and hands down council sod 's quality and customer service Is #1!!! Was looking for Empire Zoysia plugs to repair some bad sections in my front lawn. Cost was running close to $1 per plug (2" x 2"). When I contacted Keith, at Council Growers, he told me he did not sell plugs, but had pieces of sod that I could cut up to repair areas. I could custom cut the sod ( to any size) to fit the damaged areas, at a fraction of the cost. 4" x 4" plugs were about 25 cents each.
I have dealt with Jessica every transaction. She has been great to work with. Loading the truck in the field is a bit of a challenge, but Jessica has been great all around!! My company will be ordering sod soon, so we'll see you again. Thank you very much!!
