Good area.Near Lake.Near train. Clean. Not big building after some repairs. There are laundry room, TV room, elevator, staircases. Good management and maintenance. Nice tenants. Special events are provided. Just parking on a street ( and its no plaise after 6pm and weekend evenings) studio appartment is small.
