Extremely rude with very poor business and social skills. We waited hours to be yelled at and withstand several attempts to intimidate us. I can’t believe this woman has a job to be honest because the encounter was unbelievable! I would definitely go elsewhere. She might are about animals but she does not know how to be a decent human being!
