This was the second time I came here, the first time it was pretty good and fast. I dont know what happened this time but I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance for two people and we show up and they didnt have anyone to do our braids. They told us to go to a different location and we did. We get there and they told us to go back to the location we were (again). Mind you, we were waiting there for 40mins already. the lady’s had many flaws very unsanitary and time keeping was bad showed up and the couldn’t start in time then the price was more expensive then it was originally mid way through braids and she did not follow design at all as she got lazy and when i asked her to redo a section she had no care but saying it will be a waste of time and in a very passive aggressive way said i can’t take it all out now and upon that little kids running around do not come here.

My 14yr old son went for braids and after washing it out he lost 1/3 of his hair. If you don't know how deal with a certain type of hair don't do it. I couldn't believe the handful after handful of hair that was coming out.

I had my hair done by another braider and it wasn’t what I expected. Needing it rebraided ASAP I came across this and she got me right the same day. Not only was she able to give me the style I wanted; but it was done faster and with my braids than I had originally thought could be done. I will be coming here again.
