I have had many dealings with this business owner. He is very knowledgeable about his industry. He tries to provided detailed information to the clients, regarding what they are asking for. He answers may be long at times, but if you listen, you will truly understand what is needed and his experience in the industry. There are many appraisers our there, only a small amount are at his level of experience and dedication.
I have not used this business, so please take my review lightly. I am only reviewing , because I noticed he has zero reviews.... which seemed odd for someone in business for 20+ years. I called Mr. Coulton , and he answered immediately, which is very positive. I posed a simple, direct question - "We are selling our house to a neighbor, can you do an appraisal just for that purpose?
