Sadly shocking service..zero care waste of my time, when asked after they measured up..where my quote was after 3 months?.. said sorry we were too busy. After being away, I went back to give them a third chance of a 4 bedroom 4 patio windows plus, 15 windows, (needed double blinds) The boss questioned me twice! yes twice!, like I'd lost my mind 'are you sure you orginially came to us and not K..something blinds'.. Bryson and team at Carpet Court Yamba were incredibly attentive and made the whole process so easy—from the initial measure-up to installation. Bryson was very helpful in explaining the best options for how the blockout roller blinds would sit and recommended having the barrel at the front so they sit flush with the architrave, eliminating any light gaps. The turnaround time was amazing—ordered on Monday and installed by Thursday! I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Bryson and the team did a fantastic job helping us figure out the right combination of products for a relatively tricky set of blinds and curtains. They recommended products that ended up being exactly what we need, and took a lot of care in measuring and ordering the right equipment. Then the installation was high quality and done with a lot of care. Couldn't be happier!
