Coulter Heating and Air Conditioning in Fenelon Falls went above and beyond replacing my leaking hot water heater over the Christmas Holidays even though they were closed for holidays! This is not my first time using Coulter Heating and certainly won’t be the last. Great service all around and would highly recommend them!

Coulter installed the outdoor unit (brand new out of the box) for a heat pump at our house in 2023. The fact that the unit was bought online has zero consequence on whether it’s installed properly. The install was done so poorly that it already leaked once (which we paid for them to come and fix last year). It started leaking again a couple days ago so we called another HVAC company to come and look at the unit, which is when we found out that it was leaking from multiple points due to nothing being threaded tightly, with ze... read more

In April 2023, Coulter installed a 2 Tonne Senville ductless unit for me brand new out of the box. In June 2024, the unit had a leak and Josh from Coulter came out and repaired it. He replaced the shrader valve from the one that was originally in the unit and indicated thats where the leak was . Yesterday, the unit stopped working again when I called another HVAC company to come look at it.
