Jeff was prompt and very professional.
We were looking to sell our home, but were unsure on price as we were getting several different results online. After speaking with a few real estate agents, Jeff Coultas came up several times. We contacted Jeff to get our home appraised and he did an outstanding job. He was prompt, professional, and had our appraisal back to us within a few days. In addition, he was able to provide some insight on how to make our home more marketable. We will definitely use Jeff again in the future.
Jeff Coultas has done hundreds of appraisals for us. We have never had an underwriting issue with any of his appraisals, and that includes some very unique properties. Jeff is always prompt with his service and returns phone calls timely.

We used Coultas Appraisal Services while we were working on an addition to our home. The situation was a bit strange, but essentially we were working on securing a loan to finance the addition.
