Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I worked with Kim, and she was very helpful in showing me different trimmers and their features, pros and cons, and she suggested one that was not on the display, and took it from the back. I saw the price and from her description, I was sold immediately. She is a very good sales person. They provided me with everything I needed and answered all my questions and provided the warranty. Ok so I sent 3 emails to ask for a price on 4 stroke stimmers on June 30 here it is July 2 still not a reply also took my fs56 rc. Trimmer get repaired. I put new filters and plug which they put their own on told them they are new. From Amazon (which was OEM ) told me I get I pd for there lose not mine

Everytime I need my equipment fixed I go visit Shawn & Kim. Very nice people, family owned business. Even they're dogs are sweet
