Here it is February and I am still remembering with such fondness our family celebration in August with Chef Frederic and Michelle. The team at Couleurs Gourmandes worked with our modest budget to create a spectacular dinner to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. The service was outstanding from preparation to clean-up.
