Brandy is very communicative, via phone call, text, and email, on a 1:1 basis as well as in a larger, interdisciplinary group. I sought services through our ADRC to support a loved one in my life with dementia. They are the recipient of a grant that funds home modifications to make independent living sustainable. Brandy was professional & timely! He was quick with a response when we had originally inquired about a job. He came to our home, walked us through all of the steps & our options, answered our concerns & brainstormed the best plan. He was able to get the job done quickly & his clean up was amazing! We did not expect for him to complete the after construction clean up, but he went above & beyond to make sure the bathrooms were ready to use immediately.
