I had an appointment for my son ( 17 months old ) to address some concerns I had. I was brushed off and told everything was “normal.” The concern didn’t go away, so I scheduled another appointment. Once again, I was brushed off until I pushed and demanded something be done. Finally, we got an ultrasound, and I was told I’d receive a call with the results. Nobody ever called, so I followed up myself—only to be told I now needed another appointment just to hear the results… and now it will be over a month since his ultrasound ... read more
Was supposed to have a procedure. The day before they called to tell me it was moved to another date. I had been preparing for the procedure all week following the instructions I had been given and had gotten time off work for it. Would have been nice to know they had moved it. They also couldn't tell me why it had been changed. I have been waiting 5 months for this and to get a "sorry don't know what happened" is frustrating
