Good luck trying to cancel your gym membership here. There is never any staff anywhere, nobody answers emails or calls. I eventually got an email that they would cancel my membership but I continued to get charged. I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me. Carpet is disgusting. Music is very loud. Big space and lots of equipment though.
