Tried forever to book an appointment online, not a chance, everytime I try it's the same message no appointments try again tomorrow.
As the previous review says, we had the same experience and finished up at A & E which could of been prevented if we had got to see a Doctor.
Complete waste of time. They tell you to e-consult, then ring 5 hours later to tell you there are no appointments left but you need seeing today urgently. So they recommend you go to James cook urgent care. I asked if I could come tomorrow, to be told I would have to go through the whole e-consult charade again..I very rarely need the doctor, but can never, ever get an appointment...better off just going straight to a walk in centre. Shocking service.
