Follow up. I actually had cancer and this doctor told me I was fine and there was no need to see anyone else about the anomalies in my health and scans. Avoid this quack at all costs. I should have read the reviews first. I was referred to this doctor from my primary, and because I like my primary and they have good reviews, I didn't think to check Dr. Couillard. Found out I had not doctors notes, so I wanted everyone to see how I got dismissed in a desperate time... Do not go here if you want to be stonewalled. I did not feel the PA who spoke on behalf of the doctor was helpful or took my symptoms seriously. I came in with classic low T symptoms: fatigue, low libido, brain fog, and declining work performance. Takes months to get an appointment and always changing and rescheduling staff is rude and need training basically find another urologist!!!! And good luck
