I’m a current patient of Heather McDonald and cannot get in contact with them. I continue to call their office and try to set an appointment and then can’t get through to anybody and then leave a message and they don’t call me back. I have now called eight different times and left messages each time with no callback. if you set an appointment with them, expect for them to expect you to arrive on time, but expect to wait an extended period of time as they are often running behind. this is more normal. my real issue with them ... read more
The doctor is to the point and will explain if you ask questions, and the nurse practioner is Awesome, very courteous and helpful.

Follow up. I actually had cancer and this doctor told me I was fine and there was no need to see anyone else about the anomalies in my health and scans. Avoid this quack at all costs. I should have read the reviews first. I was referred to this doctor from my primary, and because I like my primary and they have good reviews, I didn't think to check Dr. Couillard.
