Sat in on my elderly father’s appointment which lasted less than 5 minutes with the doctor, who told my dad his bladder looked “like Swiss cheese” and he will have to use a catheter for the remainder of his life. “Any questions?” Yes. What happened to your Hippocratic Oath to do no harm? Did you skip that part, Dr. Couillard, or do you not realize that doing no harm includes considering the emotional/mental wellbeing of your patients? I’m a current patient of Heather McDonald and cannot get in contact with them. I continue to call their office and try to set an appointment and then can’t get through to anybody and then leave a message and they don’t call me back. I have now called eight different times and left messages each time with no callback. if you set an appointment with them, expect for them to expect you to arrive on time, but expect to wait an extended period of time as they are often running behind. this is more normal. my real issue with them ... read more
The doctor is to the point and will explain if you ask questions, and the nurse practioner is Awesome, very courteous and helpful.
