Very prompt and accommodating however gaps in works at the house and lack of communication between workers/office.
I had a very positive experience with Coughran Electrical- my water heater stopped working I rang early morning and the problem was fixed by lunch time! normally unheard of in these parts. Mike the technician was prompt friendly and professional- thanks so much I appreciate this very much - 5 stars!!!!
We started to investigate Solar when our electricity bill just got out of control. We are a household of 3 and we predominately work from home. I engaged online and had arranged for 2 suppliers to visit and guide us along the path to Solar Power. Dreadful customer service. After insisting they could supply what I needed, and I didn't need to source the products myself, they installed products that did not meet my specifications. Their refusal to take responsibility of the mistake, along with long wait times for follow up, mean I will not be using or recommending this company. To top it off, the dimmer switch installed by them to try and rectify the wrong product no longer works.
