The service requested was a basement redo that was supposed to take 3 months and eneded up taking 8 months and ending with it being left undone. Mike (owner) came to my house after being hired by his son in law (Riley coughlin) of coughlin's construction who is initially called. Riley came out gave me a estimate and we were to start work after I demolished the basement and cleaned it out. Mike came shortly after and started framing.
