The entire service department was amazing! Everyone was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so much easier. Jim especially went above and beyond and was great to work with. I really appreciate everything they did to get my car fixed!
Great service at Kia. Staff is always cool and professional.
I have had very positive experiences with this service center. Online scheduling is easy, wait times have been consist with expectations they set, and friendly service on my 2024 Telluride. I have been in to address recalls on two separate occasions.
Until I finally get the contact of the district manager - one star. My car sat for 2 weeks waiting for his/her response which I never got.
Service technician Mitch did an awesome job took care of me got me a rental vehicle hands down best ever.
