Great service at Kia. Staff is always cool and professional.
I have had very positive experiences with this service center. Online scheduling is easy, wait times have been consist with expectations they set, and friendly service on my 2024 Telluride. I have been in to address recalls on two separate occasions.
Until I finally get the contact of the district manager - one star. My car sat for 2 weeks waiting for his/her response which I never got.
Service technician Mitch did an awesome job took care of me got me a rental vehicle hands down best ever.
I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Mike and Mitch at the service center here. After a series of bad experiences around town, I never thought I would find anyone I could trust with my car, let alone a dealer. Now, I will never go anywhere else. Mike and Mitch have been exceptional dealing with my very old Kia Soul that has been grumbling but is still running strong after almost 15 years.
