This place is a rip off! We had our window busted in, took it to this place to get an estimate and they’re saying it will cost $1,000. Safelight is $200, called two other window shops(local mom and pop) I walked out with same quality window for $275! Do research before you settle for getting a window replaced! Will not be buying a new truck from Coughlin anymore as you clearly don’t care about your loyal (ex) customer!
I have a recall for my doors for my ford escape. Called once oh we need pictures agin tor ford. This was mid to late August. Took my car to the Dealership for my oil change asked for a follow up on my open CDP/Recall Service advisor said yeah they are coming to get a vehicle today i’ll have them Follow up with you. Nothing honestly would avoid the coughlin brand as a whole. Will more than likely not be purchasing anymore vehicles from this dealership family and will look elsewhere if/when i need a new car
Customer service was excellent. The estimator handled everything with my insurance company. She was very nice. I was well informed of the process of repairs. Definitely will be back if something needs fixed again. Highly recommend.
