Awful. They never quoted me an estimated pick up day. The whole process I was calling in asking for a time frame. They kept a pushing it back. Said it would be ready on Monday. Then that changed to wednesday. Said they would call Thursday for a pick time for Friday. Thursday came and went no call. Great job fixing my husband truck. Was done when promised. Can't even tell it was in a fender bender.
2024 f150 right front damaged in wreck. They got it all taken care of. Looks great. Was ready when they said it would be.
Just got our car back after an accident. Coughlin Collision Pataskala did an excellant job on the repairs and it was completed in the timeframe they quoted. Our car looks like new.
We took our granddaughter there to get her car serviced. They are all so nice in the service department and body shop.
