The people NEVER communicate, told me my car should be ready this week no updates , I tried calling 3 times and sent to voicemail. This place is beyond unprofessional
Professional and organized. Communicated well. They handled mostly everything with insurance and made the process a breeze. Had them repair my truck after getting rear ended.
NEVER take your vehicle here!!!! Horrible customer service, horrible work. $8000 repair bill and they didn't even bolt the radiator in!!! Had to have corrective repairs done at a different repair shop. I wouldn't trust them to fix a tonka truck.
Good result but too much time with my repair.
