The best way to describe my experience is nothing short of amazing! I recently had my car repaired at this location from an accident. The adjuster( Camarra) always kept me updated with every step of the repair and any setbacks due to manufacturing back orders for parts. It was very reassuring knowing she handles everything swiftly and efficiently. Great body shop!! Customer service is amazing!!!!
The entire experience with the collision center was positive. From the estimator, the front office workers and most importantly the body work/painting that was done. We had to have the paint on our 8 yr old car matched in a several places and they nailed it. Highly Recommended!!!
Collision center caused additional damage to the bumper. Insurance company denied coverage as they did not deem the damage to be a result of the accident. After speaking with Connor (Assistant Manager), Coughlin Collision admitted to not installing all the clips in the bumper but does not believe this caused the bumper to sag an have no intention on correcting their error. AVOID COUGHLIN COLLISION AT ALL COST.
This place is a rip off! We had our window busted in, took it to this place to get an estimate and they’re saying it will cost $1,000. Safelight is $200, called two other window shops(local mom and pop) I walked out with same quality window for $275! Do research before you settle for getting a window replaced! Will not be buying a new truck from Coughlin anymore as you clearly don’t care about your loyal (ex) customer!
