Amazing experience with this Service Dept, particularly Adam and Scott. Both clearly care about their job and their customers. I felt like family.
This was my first time at the dealership. Scott met me as I walked into service and got me checked in quickly. His knowledge was amazing. The other thing I noticed was how friendly everyone was to me. I was walking in the showroom and passed the GM walking with another customer. He gave me an enthusiastic hello as we passed. Coughlin Pataskala Service Department - Had issue with Back end and took to Coughlin on 1/14/2026. On 1/16 they diagnosed with bad sway bar links and battery. On 1/23 I approved the battery so the shop can call the GM warranty for approval. 1/27 I received my car back. On 2/3, issue continues. It was only the 2nd time driving since had it back and contacted Coughlin. On 2/10 I received call back from service with availability on 2/23 to bring car back.
