Manager and staff very knowledgeable on helping me with my vehicle. I have four different cars and I won’t take them anywhere else.
Customer service is good. I like the text feature for updates and quote link. However the mechanical service is questionable. They need to review the work history of the vehicle before recommending service. They recommended services on my vehicle that was completed during a previous appointment. My guess is that they go off the system auto recommendations. I had to ask them to look through my vehicle work history in order to remove the unnecessary work.
