Service is always first class.
The customer service was top notch. Both service techs working the intake desk were great. I explained my problem and made a statement that "I know it's not your problem, but I'm frustrated with the ongoing issues." The service tech replied, "Well it's our problem now." Great response and made me feel like they could empathize with my frustration. My truck was ready the following day and so far, it's working as intended. I will definitely be back.
Dan the Man had made my purchase the most comfortable and stress-free experience from a dealer and sales aspect. Although, to make this out of state purchase happen it took two and a half weeks to get this done (not on his end by due to insurance and credit union delays), Dan was always polite, understanding, patient and non-pushy at all. Dan deserves to finalize all the sales that may come his way. Additionally, to mention Jeremy in finances as well, he was great too.
