Im only giving a 1 because I have to give something for this review. I bought a car 4 months ago from a trusted friend here. Thought this would be a great purchase. Boy was I WRONG!! I have had nothing but issues out of this car since day 1. Bought a warranty with my purchase. Within 2 weeks had a used transmission installed. Get it back, same issue. Excellent work
My son bought a 2024 Chevy 1/2 ton diesel from here . Has had nothing but problems. Took it on a road trip 9 hours from home with his wife and three(very) young children. It broke down in the way to and from. Had to call family 1 1/2 hours from where they were to get home and had to tow truck back on their own. 0 out of 10 for Couglin automotive and -10 for Chevrolet. Do not recommend. I would give zeroes if I could. Very disappointed in Chevy and Couglin for selling a piece of shit.
Do not deal with Chris Coffman he will scam you. Unless you want to be taken advantage of, I would avoid this dealership. Their cars are junk and have mechanical issues and they will screw you on the loan. Worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from, will never come back here again. Sold me a junk car for a lot of money and they refuse to do anything about it.
Coughlin knowingly sold me a 2018 expedition with failed cam phasers last September, then acted ignorant when I told them. Furthermore lied to me saying that’s just how older cars sound after they have inspected it. I then brought the expedition to another mechanic then to Ford. Both confirmed failed cam phasers. I spent $5000+ on repairs to figure out the motor is now ticking from said failed cam phasers. I’ve reached out several times and Coughlin has not and will not resolve this issue.
