Do not deal with Chris Coffman he will scam you. Unless you want to be taken advantage of, I would avoid this dealership. Their cars are junk and have mechanical issues and they will screw you on the loan. Worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from, will never come back here again. Sold me a junk car for a lot of money and they refuse to do anything about it.
Coughlin knowingly sold me a 2018 expedition with failed cam phasers last September, then acted ignorant when I told them. Furthermore lied to me saying that’s just how older cars sound after they have inspected it. I then brought the expedition to another mechanic then to Ford. Both confirmed failed cam phasers. I spent $5000+ on repairs to figure out the motor is now ticking from said failed cam phasers. I’ve reached out several times and Coughlin has not and will not resolve this issue. Outstanding service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Update: After my original 5 star review I had another appointment with them for tires. I spent 15 minutes talking to the service advisor selecting the right tires but, when I dropped of the vehicle, that same service advisor installed the most expensive tires they carried.
