Couldn't ask for a better group of Chevy Employees
I made an appointment for an oil change. The day of, I waited two hours then checked on the status of my car. They hadn’t even started on it yet because one of their machines broke down. I told them that communication would have been nice because I would have left an hour ago. I understand that things happen and machines break, but communication would have been appreciated. I left with two hours wasted on my only day off and no oil change done. Super disappointed!
On SS and got credit here. And they sent the second key fob to me. Unreal.
Do not buy from here unless you want to spend thousands more fixing the vehicle you just purchased..oh and let’s not forget the lying and telling you that the mechanic lied and nothing is wrong with the wheel bearings, just for the wheel bearings to go out, coolant leak, air conditioning leak and turbo boost going out and drove less than 500 miles..
Staff were amazing and if I had a question, that had no issues answering it.
