staff will tell you one thing and then when it comes to payments being processed they will tell you another, had problems with the leasing office the whole 3 years I have lived here. Would never live here or sign a lease with them because they are very unprofessional and only want to take your money. They do not care about students or price sensitive livers. DON'T SIGN UP FOR A LEASE HERE!!!1
The worst staff, so lazy. The place is built on a hill with lots of stairs but in the winter they don't shovel or salt them so your kids will be unsafe. When I questioned the staff about salting the they responded with that it is in the rental agreement that they are not responsible for injuries. Really! So they don't do snow and ice removal because they don't think they have a potential liability.
