I took my boat last week (Thursday) asking for an estimate on replacing a fuse box and one led bar which I have and the plug from lower unit was leaking oil which most likely the O-ringI gasket wasn't replaced when they serviced my engine. Dominic forgot to mention how they incorrectly connected the battery. Connected the battery thinking it had two batteries, thinking it had a switch for a two battery system. BUT WE ONLY HAD ONE BATTERY AND NO SWITCH!! This more or less made it a direct connection to the gauges which would not allow us to turn them off. Disconnect the battery when you guys are out there to avoid running the battery down was the advice given to us 🤦‍♂️

Terrible attention to detail. Very poor communication after point of sale. I repowered my boat and was sold a 90hp Suzuki. Told turnaround time would be 2-3 weeks. I took my boat in to get the project started. 2 months later I was still waiting. Called multiple times and got no return call. I had to physically go into the shop to ask questions.
