NO communication skills at all. My a/c machine was picked up and then repaired without a phone call. When asked how much said its on the truck for delivery and he would send me an est. if approved they would deliver my unit. I WILL NOT USE THEM ANYMORE. WOW!!!!!!!

They serviced my snow blower and lawn mower. They have been servicing my equipment for years and never had an issue they are great guys!

It's shocking that this place can still be in business. In August of 2018, I asked them to repair a gas powered pressure washer that had given out on me. Well, it took them months, many phone calls and over $200 it got fixed, sort of. I had to bring it back because the pull start broke, but I did manage to clean some bricks with it. This year, it broke again and I repeatedly protested that they claimed to have replaced the entire innards of the machine and now the pump was shot. Hi. Have been there 8-10 times . Usually my equipment has been under warranty repair. I always have gotten it back in a timely manner. Nice enough guys for me. I'm not expecting too much or anything other than what I went there for, to get my tools fixed. I dont think that a business should kiss my a_ _ , to be a good business.They have always done right by me
