If I could give a 0 rating, I would. I called May 23 to schedule a service appt. First available was Aug 10. We dropped it off Aug 9. Mike was very nice and said email was the best form of communication. Emailed Aug 17, no response, emailed Aug 25, no response. Called today and he said “they are loading it up now to assess it”. So it hasn’t been touched since Aug 10. All I want is a working frig/freezer. Hasn’t worked since we bought the unit new in early April 2023. So very disappointed!
Mike in the service dept will do what it takes to do right by the customer. Very happy with my service.
They say they booked up until August for service what's the point camping season be about over
Awesome, Mike and his crew took care of all my conserens. Great experience all around.
