I received excellent care from a Nurse Practitioner in a timely fashion.
Disgraceful. This clinic does not care about you. The fact that they keep their receptionist employed after all of these years, after all of these negative comments and reviews tells me they're either lazy and don't want to train someone new or simply do not care, likely both. You are dealing with people's lives for both physical and mental needs, the fact that this undue stress has to arise from simply booking another appointment is shameful. You see these reviews. Im a senior , Dr Kim M. is an angel . Sees me immediately and takes good care of me , very thorough and quick to get results. The building has every thing you need right there. Grateful
Needed a very important vaccine that nurses and doctors at a hospital here locally were adamant that I get at my doctors office. I was not only turned away by reception and told to go to the hospital for my vaccine and take up emergency care at the hospital, I was also not able to see my doctor at all. Which begs the question what is the point of a family doctor if I am not able to receive a very important vaccine? I would highly recommend reception go through a communication course.
