Needed a very important vaccine that nurses and doctors at a hospital here locally were adamant that I get at my doctors office. I was not only turned away by reception and told to go to the hospital for my vaccine and take up emergency care at the hospital, I was also not able to see my doctor at all. Which begs the question what is the point of a family doctor if I am not able to receive a very important vaccine? I would highly recommend reception go through a communication course. I have Dr. Julie Gallagher. She is by far the Best doctor I have ever had. The building has almost everything you need in there as a patient. I am so thankful for all of Dr's., staff and programs.
