• Le lave-auto est constamment en panne. • Le service client est déplorable . • Les prix des équipements sont toujours élevés.Toutes les machines sont hors service, même celle qui nettoie l'intérieur de la voiture .

Unacceptable. This Couche-Tard has been closed for nearly two months straight with zero clear communication. When it is open, the service is rude and dismissive, as if customers are the inconvenience. If you can’t keep regular hours or train staff to treat people with basic respect, don’t operate a location. Completely unreliable.

Not first time visitor friendly and poor attitude of staff/owner. The car wash entrance is very cramped and there is no clearly indicated line up area. I understood from the owner that normally people would line up along the wall while waiting for their tuns. But for someone that has never been to this poorly designed car wash place, they should not be treated as if they intentionally cut the line and given the look.
