Very disappointing experience. This location is frequently closed during posted business hours, which makes paying for a subscription feel like a waste of money. Even more concerning, I experienced what I perceived as discriminatory and inappropriate behavior from an older employee. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No customer should feel that way. I would strongly recommend management review both their operating hours and the professionalism of their staff. 1) Most of the times car wash is closed and some they put orange cones at entrance 2) Some of the teeth on the conveyor are broken and sharp, which can damage the tires of the machines 3) there’s no schedule for only this branch , they written on the board 10:00 to 20:00 but they don’t respect to it Yesterday 5:00 Pm was closed and now at 11:00 Am still closed but they already added one more orange cone today 🤣

The owner could be more patient and respectful with customers instead of being rude. He responds abruptly and in a confrontational manner and doesn’t take the time to listen first to concerns.

The car wash doesn’t have a touch free option, considering we’re in nun’s island where there are relatively luxurious car owners that wouldn’t like to scratch there cars, i found it very unfortunate that the option is not there, thousands of dollars of renovations yet that option got removed. Besides that, the car wash always closes before the due time that is 10pm. What’s the point of having an automatic car wash service if it’s not opened 24/7 ?
