Horrific experience and customer service. Unfortunately, I went against my better judgement and decided to work with Couch cleaning nyc. On top of last minute cancellations, terrible customer service, I am extremely unhappy with the service that was provided. My couch was left blotchy and uneven. I reached out for the cleaning to be redone and I’ve been ghosted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!
they sent their guy out a second time, for free, to attack a tough stain that hadn't yielded the first time around. second time was successful! the armchair, which was a quite expensive item, now has a new lease on life.
