The worst experience. Difficult communication. Unprofessional staff. Light stains from headboard couldn’t be removed and I did them better with a baking soda solution after the technician left. When contacted the management, they went back and forth several times (more than a month) and dropped the ball to do any remedy work. Only when I told them that they will get a bad review and have wasted my time and money (paid cash $120) and this is unacceptable work, they scheduled the same technician to come back.
